34,145. Veedow.com is live!
It took 34,145 lines of code, 8,460 hours of development and 225 cans of RedBull to get there, but now we can proudly say that Veedow is live!
Well, it took longer than expected but we’ve built something highly flexible and scalable, so we couldn’t be happier.
And let us tell you the truth… the first release of your first startup is an exciting thing! Maybe not like your first baby (not that anybody in the team had this pleasure yet…) but definitely is giving birth to something!
For the next few days the site will be available only to a handful of testers but soon it will be accessible to all the people who reserved a place into the beta testing in the past months.
Sorry to all our Italian friends and supporters for not having an Italian version of the site yet… at least you’ll practice your English! ;-)

Hi team veedow. well done in getting the site up and runnning. I had a quick look and I am impressed. Unfortunately, I have installed vista on my laptop and the layout of the site is poor but I don’t think you have to worry about it because not many sane people will use vista for a long time anyway.
I saw your presentation at the Library House event, I run Library House products, and I wanted to congratulate you about it. You did a good job.
Clearly, some people were a bit critical but I think you are onto something, so keep up the good work.
I will try and send you some specific feedback on the website in the next days.
